Localising Sustainable Development Goals in the Baltic Sea Region: A Handbook
The handbook presents a roadmap for how to implement the 2030 Agenda on sub-national level.The handbook, based on training programmes for experts and local authorities, presents a roadmap of challenges, good examples, recommendations and ways forward for how to implement the UN 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals on sub-national levels. The handbook targets both those at the beginning of their SDG journey as well as those advanced. This handbook was produced based on the outcomes of the Baltic 2030 Capacity Building Programme – localizing SDGs in the Baltc Sea Region implemented by Global Utmaning and the Council for the Baltic Sea States with funding from the Swedish Institute.
